I have experience offering Harm Reduction Therapy in community mental health and private practice settings, and feel passionately that emphasizing curiosity, mindfulness, and relational healing often leads to greater success than shame-based approaches. My clients are welcome to set their own goals, ranging from abstinence to moderation to maintenance. For those in relationship with people who use substances, I draw from the CRAFT model to help maintain connection and offer helpful support. My style has been described as warm, intuitive and accepting. I pursue antiracism, feminism, Harm Reduction, Health at Every Size (HAES), LGBTQIA2+ allyship and disability justice.
